Technical innovation is the key word to define Torneria PMS: we are forming a partnership with our customers in order to develop a Co-design process, enabling the optimisation of quality, technical specifications and prices.

Our production facility complies with the requirements of medium lots and mass production, which are required by the customers in the automotive field.

The production departments are equipped with fully automatic lathes, NC lathes with single and multiple chucks, NC lathes with mobile headstock and dedicated working lines for specific products.

Thanks to the collaboration with highly specialized companies, Torneria MPS can deliver fully finished articles, complete with several workings and treatments such as:

• Mechanical working: broaching, tooth formation, lapping, slotting, center grinding, endless screws grinding, vibro-polishing, sandblasting, bolting
• Surface protection treatments: hot dip galvanisation, chromium plating, burnish, anodizing, painting, nitriding, pickling
• Heat treatments: cementation and hardening, tempering, quenching, annealing
• Assembling.

TTorneria PMS is able to process and manage important work orders, coordinating different suppliers, starting from the purchase of the raw materials (bars, moulds or castings), up to the delivery of the finished parts to the customer.
