The turning shop “Torneria P.M.S” was established in 1962 as subcontractor of very important local factories. Thanks to the entrepreneurial capability of the founder Luigi Michelazzo, the diversification of the production and of the key customers, the business was rapidly enlarged and the company was able to reach a sound success in the international market.

In the course of the years the sons Moreno and Corrado, successfully continuing the path traced by the father, transformed the handicraft manufacturing process to an industrial operation, focusing their efforts in following business areas:

Our reference at Torneria PMS is the total market, in which competition is open and aggressive and where, apart from the obvious requirements in terms of quality and productivity, the demand for flexibility and reduced response time is increasing and were the price challenge is becoming harder.

Thanks to the capability to deliver the right answers to the challenges of the market, Torneria PMS, can count today on prestigious customers in the fields of automotive parts, automation, oleo dynamic components, pumps, etc.

The market demand for more complex mechanical parts cannot be satisfied with turning machines only. To meet every customer’s specific requirements, Torneria PMS has decided in the year 2002 to take advantage of the support of a new structure, specialized in mechanical workings with horizontal and vertical machining centres: Mecal S.r.l.

In order to meet the customers’ saving requirements we have also opened a production facility in the Slovakian Republic: P.M.S. Slovakia s.r.o.

Thanks to the incorporation of these two new facilities, the whole group reaches today a total staff number of approximately 90 persons.
